Employment Laws are Always Changing; Make Sure You Stay Protected
Join us on May 17th for a presentation by Stephen B. Maule, Partner at McMahon Berger, PC. Stephen is a specialist in all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation, client counseling, and document preparation and review. He works with employment discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Missouri Human Rights Act. He is involved in all aspects of litigating discrimination claims as well as investigating and responding on behalf of management to employee claims before the Federal and State administrative agencies. Additionally, Stephen advises clients on employment-related matters such as personnel policies, daily human resources issues, employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks.
Stephen will share recent changes to federal and state employment laws, what we can expect to see with the latest administration changes, and best practices for employers when it comes to handling and documenting hiring, firing, discipline, and employment disputes.
