Companies are looking for technicians, trade schools are looking for students, and high schools are looking to help students transition into their right next step – frankly, we’re all in this together. An industry labor shortage is upon us. It’s not coming. It’s here. Right now.

So, in response, Gateway is bringing together contractors, trade schools and high schools to share what a great career this is and to brainstorm how, as a local industry, we can work together to encourage, engage and grow our workforce. We know there isn’t a quick fix, but without the attempt, we’re sure to find little relief.
